At GoVietVisa.com, we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over your data.
To process your Vietnam eVisa application, we collect the following information:
We do not store credit card details. All payments are processed by PayPal, which is PCI-DSS compliant.
When you visit our website, we automatically collect basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited. This helps us improve our service.
We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use our website, so we can find and fix problems in our forms and pages. Microsoft Clarity records anonymised session data, including mouse movement, clicks, and scrolling.
Important: Clarity is configured in strict masking mode. This means all text you type into our forms — including your name, passport number, date of birth, and email address — is hidden before the recording is created. We never see, and Microsoft never receives, the actual content you enter. Uploaded passport scans and photos are never recorded.
You can opt out of Google Analytics using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, and read more about Clarity in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
We use your information solely for the following purposes:
We share your information only when necessary:
We never sell or rent your personal information to advertisers or marketers.
We protect your information using industry-standard measures:
We retain your application data for as long as necessary to provide our service and comply with legal obligations:

To exercise any of these rights, please email us at contact@govietvisa.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Our website uses two kinds of cookies:
We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not sell visitor data to third parties. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect website functionality.
As we are based in Vietnam and serve customers worldwide, your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your home country. We ensure all transfers comply with applicable data protection laws (GDPR for EU customers).
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16 directly. Parents or legal guardians may submit applications on behalf of minors. If we discover that we have collected data from a minor without parental consent, we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will be posted here with a revised "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
