Passport & Travel Information

• Passport bio page scan
• Portrait photo
• Intended date of entry and port of entry
• Purpose of visit and Vietnam address (if applicable)

Payment Information

We do not store credit card details. All payments are processed by PayPal, which is PCI-DSS compliant.

Technical Information

When you visit our website, we automatically collect basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited. This helps us improve our service.

Website Analytics & Session Recording

We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use our website, so we can find and fix problems in our forms and pages. Microsoft Clarity records anonymised session data, including mouse movement, clicks, and scrolling.

Important: Clarity is configured in strict masking mode. This means all text you type into our forms — including your name, passport number, date of birth, and email address — is hidden before the recording is created. We never see, and Microsoft never receives, the actual content you enter. Uploaded passport scans and photos are never recorded.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely for the following purposes:

• To process your Vietnam eVisa application and submit it to the Vietnam Immigration Department

3. Information Sharing

We share your information only when necessary:

• Vietnam Immigration Department: We submit your application data and passport scan to the official government portal (evisa.gov.vn) as required to obtain your visa.
• Payment processor: PayPal receives your payment data to process transactions.
• Hosting & email providers: Our website and email services are hosted by third-party providers under strict data protection agreements.
• Analytics providers: Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity receive anonymised usage data about how our website is used. They do not receive your application data, and text entered into our forms is masked before it leaves your browser.
• Legal requirements: We may share information if required by law or court order.

We never sell or rent your personal information to advertisers or marketers.

4. Data Security

We protect your information using industry-standard measures:
