Quick answer: Airport fast track gets you through Vietnamese immigration in roughly 10–20 minutes instead of 60–90 at peak hours. Our agent meets you inside the immigration area and takes you through a priority lane. Prices: $35–$39 for the priority lane, $65–$99 for VIP no-queue, depending on airport. Book 24 hours ahead — or as little as 4–5 hours before landing at Ho Chi Minh City (SGN) — via WhatsApp.

What fast track actually is (and isn't)

After a 12-hour flight, the last thing you want is the passport control line snaking back to the duty-free shop. Fast track fixes exactly that: a local agent, licensed to operate inside the airport, meets you in the immigration hall with a welcome board and walks you to a dedicated priority booth. You hand over your passport and printed eVisa, get stamped, and you're at the luggage belt while the rest of your flight is still queuing.

One thing we'll say plainly, because most websites won't: no fast track service in Vietnam meets regular passengers at the aircraft door. Airport rules keep meet-and-greet staff inside the immigration area. Some competitors advertise "gate pickup" — in practice, their agent is standing in the same immigration hall ours is. You walk the corridor from the plane on your own (it takes a few minutes), then the assisted part begins. We'd rather you know exactly what you're buying.

Fast track prices by airport (2026)

AirportPriority LaneVIP No-Queue
Tan Son Nhat — Ho Chi Minh City (SGN)$39$99
Noi Bai — Hanoi (HAN)$35$65
Da Nang (DAD)$35$65
Phu Quoc (PQC)$35$69
Cam Ranh — Nha Trang (CXR)$35$69

Prices are per person, arrival service. Priority Lane = escorted through the dedicated fast lane at passport control. VIP No-Queue = processed at the priority booth with no queuing at all — worth it for families with tired kids, elderly travelers, or tight onward connections. Departure fast track (priority exit lane, from $35) and group rates for 10+ travelers: message us for a quote. Late-night arrivals (11 PM – 6 AM at SGN, 10 PM – 7 AM elsewhere) carry a $10 surcharge — that's the airport partner's night-shift fee, not ours, and we tell you upfront rather than surprising you later.

Which situation are you in?

Flying within 48 hours

Message us on WhatsApp right now with your flight number. Landing at Ho Chi Minh City (SGN)? We can usually confirm with just 4–5 hours' notice — most services require a full day. Hanoi, Da Nang, Phu Quoc and Cam Ranh need 24 hours: priority-lane slots there are coordinated with the airport a day ahead, and that is not something anyone can genuinely shortcut. Either way, we won't take your money unless the agent is actually confirmed.

Your eVisa was approved last-minute

This is the combo we handle most. If your visa came through hours before departure via our rush eVisa service, adding fast track means the stressful part of your trip ends at the boarding gate — on arrival, someone is already expecting you. If your application is still stuck, start with our guide on what "still processing" means before booking anything.

Landing late at night with family

Night arrivals from the US and Europe are exactly when you have the least patience and the immigration hall can still be busy — several long-haul flights land in the same window. The VIP No-Queue tier plus the night surcharge is still under $110 at SGN and turns a potentially miserable hour into ten minutes. Baggage assistance can be added — ask when booking.

Just exploring whether it's worth it

Honest answer: not always. If you hold an eVisa (no visa-on-arrival counter needed) and you land at 3–6 AM, the hall is often near-empty and you can walk through in 15 minutes for free. Fast track earns its price at peak windows — mid-morning and 9 PM–midnight at SGN and HAN, when several wide-bodies unload at once and the line hits 60–90 minutes. If you'd rather save the money and your timing is good, we'll tell you so on WhatsApp. It's the same policy as our fee calculator, which tells travelers with plenty of time to apply directly with the government portal.

How booking works

Everything runs through WhatsApp — no forms. (1) Send us your flight number, date, arrival airport and a photo of your passport bio page. (2) We confirm availability and price, you pay by PayPal or card. (3) You receive a confirmation with the exact meeting point and a photo of the welcome board to look for. (4) On landing, walk to the immigration hall, find the board, and the agent takes it from there. If your flight is delayed or changed, message us as soon as you know — rescheduling is free with notice, but a no-show without notice forfeits the fee (the agent still made the trip).

Frequently asked questions

Where exactly does the agent meet me?

Inside the immigration area, before the passport control booths. You walk from the aircraft into the arrivals hall as normal, then look for the welcome board at the agreed meeting point (we send you a photo of it in advance). No service can legally meet regular passengers at the aircraft door in Vietnam — anyone promising the jetbridge is overselling.

How far in advance do I need to book?

Ho Chi Minh City (SGN): as little as 4–5 hours before landing. All other airports: 24 hours, and 48 hours around Vietnamese public holidays (Tet especially). Booked after you've already landed? A $10 surcharge applies and it's subject to agent availability.

Do I need fast track if I already have an eVisa?

Depends on your landing time. eVisa holders skip the visa-on-arrival counter, so passport control is your only queue. At peak hours it can run 60–90 minutes and fast track is worth it; at 3–6 AM the hall is often empty and you may not need it. We'll give you a straight answer for your specific flight.

What if my flight is delayed or changes?

Message us as soon as you know and we reschedule the agent free of charge. If we're not told, the agent waits for the original flight and the missed-pickup fee applies.

What do you need from me to book?

A photo of your passport bio page and your flight details. If you booked your eVisa with us, we already have your passport — just send the flight number.

Ready to skip the line?

Send your flight number on WhatsApp — we'll confirm availability within support hours (8:00–22:00 GMT+7).
