Welcome to GoVietVisa.com ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before submitting an application.

1. Nature of Our Service

GoVietVisa.com is a private commercial visa consultancy service. We are NOT the official Vietnamese government website. The official Vietnam eVisa government portal is located at https://evisa.gov.vn.

We charge a service fee in addition to the official government eVisa fee. Our service includes:

• Application review by trained visa specialists
• Form submission on your behalf via the official government portal
• Status tracking and email updates
• Customer support before, during, and after processing
• Money-back guarantee on the service fee (see Section 6)

2. Eligibility

By using our service, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old, or you are applying on behalf of a minor with legal authority to do so
• All information you provide is accurate, complete, and truthful
• Your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your intended entry date to Vietnam
• You understand that we cannot guarantee visa approval, as the final decision rests with the Vietnam Immigration Department

3. Pricing & Payment

Our prices are displayed in USD and include both the government eVisa fee and our service fee. Payment is required before we begin processing your application. We accept PayPal, major credit/debit cards (via Stripe), and bank transfer (for groups of 5+).

Prices may change at any time. The price displayed at the time of submission is the price you will pay.

4. Processing Time

Processing times are estimates based on typical Vietnam Immigration Department response times:

• Standard: 5-7 working days
• Urgent: 2 working days
• Super Urgent: 1 working day

Working days exclude weekends and Vietnamese public holidays. Delays caused by the Vietnam Immigration Department are beyond our control.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Upload clear, readable scans of required documents
• Respond promptly if we need additional information
• Review your eVisa carefully upon receipt and notify us immediately of any errors
• Print your eVisa and bring it with your passport to Vietnam

6. Refund Policy

Service fee refund: If we fail to process your application due to our error (e.g., we missed a step or did not submit it correctly), we will refund 100% of the service fee.

Government fee: The official government fee ($25-$50) is non-refundable, as it is paid directly to the Vietnam Immigration Department and cannot be reclaimed once submitted.

Visa rejection: If your visa is rejected by the Vietnam Immigration Department due to factors not related to our service (e.g., immigration policy decisions, applicant background, document discrepancies), the service fee is non-refundable.

Cancellation: You may cancel your application before we submit it to the government portal for a full refund (minus a $10 admin fee). Once submitted, no refund is possible for the government fee.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any travel costs (flights, hotels, etc.) incurred due to visa delays or rejections
• We are not liable for decisions made by the Vietnam Immigration Department
• Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service

8. Privacy

Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By using our service, you consent to the collection and processing of your information as described therein.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (logos, text, graphics, code) is the property of GoVietVisa.com or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through the competent courts of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our service after changes means you accept the new Terms.
